At a time when images have become ephemeral and intangible, the goal of Art Card Dispatch is to provide a physical object that increases interest in the original work, its creator, and its location. The card as a physical object takes on meaning, value, and permanence as an aesthetic addition to a space, and/or encourages written, creative correspondence as a card.

Like an untethered gallery, Art Card Dispatch makes it possible for a tangible form of a singular work to reach a wider audience and, in turn, invites viewers to visit the original piece and explore the artist’s full body of work as an experiential pilgrimage.
